Implementation of the study process by the end of the semester

Dear students,


due to the release of measures to contain the spread of the Covid-19 disease, and in accordance with the decision of the UP Rector, we have the opportunity in May to organise the pedagogical process in a hybrid way. As we have received various information from students related to the continuation and fulfilment of study obligations, we have conducted a survey among you. The results are available at this link. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

We hereby inform you that based on the results of the survey, we have decided to continue to conduct lectures and tutorials remotely until the end of this semester. At the same time, we would like to inform you that our operations are running normally and the faculty is open, so it is possible to access the Office for Student Affairs, the Library or arrange other matters in person, during office hours of course. If necessary, it is possible to arrange office hours and consultations with professors and assistants, by prior arrangement, of course. I would also like to inform you that the defences of the candidates’ final theses shall be held in person at the faculty from 17 May onwards. It is not necessary to undergo a rapid test to enter the faculty premises, but it is obligatory to fill in the Covid statement in the ŠIS system and to register your presence in the building via the code QR.

In mid-May, you will be informed about how the exams shall be conducted. Some of them will also be held in person at the faculty.

The notice is valid until the end of the semester or until it is cancelled.
